Give the sample a defined purpose
A sample may be intended to assess printability, appearance, part performance, packaging direction or market fit. Naming the purpose first makes it easier to select an appropriate material direction and record the evaluation.
Capture the context around the print
For a discussion to be productive, the result needs context. The printer, nozzle, slicing settings, drying and model geometry can all affect what the evaluation indicates.

Use the outcome to define the next conversation
The result may point to another material direction, a processing adjustment, a visual change or a documentation request. Recording the path helps the project move forward without losing the reasoning behind it.
